  • To book a reservation, you must provide your full name, contact information, and payment details.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Management may require additional information to verify your identity and reservation.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payment is not received in full or if the required information is not provided.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time is at 14:00 (2:00 PM) local time.
  • Check-out time is at 11:00 (11:00 AM) local time.
  • Late check-out may be available upon request and for an additional fee.
  • Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  • Guests must present a valid photo ID upon check-in.

3. Occupancy

  • The Property is intended for residential use only.
  • The maximum occupancy for each apartment is as follows:
    • One-bedroom Apartment: 2 guests
    • Two-bedroom apartment: 4 guests
    • Three-bedroom apartment: 6 guests
  • Additional guests may be accommodated for an additional fee.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any guest who exceeds the maximum occupancy.

4. Use of the Property

  • Guests are responsible for the care and maintenance of the Property and its contents.
  • Guests must not damage or misuse any of the Property’s furniture, fixtures, or appliances.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their negligence or misuse of the Property.
  • Guests must not use the Property for any illegal or commercial purposes.
  • Guests must not disturb other guests or residents of the building.
  • Management reserves the right to terminate your stay if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Cleaning and Housekeeping

  • The Property will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping service is included.
  • Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee.

6. Amenities

  • The Property may offer a variety of amenities, such as a swimming pool, laundry facilities, and a fitness center.
  • Use of these amenities is subject to the Property’s rules and regulations.
  • Management reserves the right to restrict access to any amenity at any time without notice.

7. Parking

  • Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Management is not responsible for any damage to or loss of vehicles parked on the Property.

8. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed at the Property.

9. Smoking

  • Smoking is not allowed in the Property or on the Property’s grounds.

10. Liability

  • Management is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings of guests.
  • Management is not liable for any personal injury or death that occurs on the Property.
  • Guests are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

11. Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Kenya.

12. Entire Agreement

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Management and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

13. Severability

  • If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Waiver

  • No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and Management.
